When does my credit card get charged?
Our experience tells us that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure so we have built in enough clearing time for all of the security components of our credit card payment gateway to function. Your credit card will get charged 24 to 48 hours before we ship your purchase. For in-stock items, we will charge your credit card immediately and ship within several days.
Shipping is really free?
Sure is! We have been able to leverage our other business connections into substantial discounts with major shipping companies. In some circumstances, our best rates may be with UPS and in other cases, FedEx. Rest assured that we will optimize our logistics so that our customers can not only benefit from our shipping relationships…but also avoid costly add-on surprises at checkout time!
Do you have a store?
More like a factory than a store. For two weekends each year we open our plant to the general public. Shoppers are sure to find some outstanding values which may be overstocks, scratch and dent, original samples and some well-traveled market samples. The early birds make Frenzied Fridays a hive of activity. Call for sale dates.
Can I pay by check?
To pay by check, simply add the items you want to purchase into our online shopping cart. Click the "View Cart" button and type in your name and address. Then click on the "Update" button. Simply print out the web page and mail it to us at the following address:

Is purchasing on-line safe?
Favorite Finds Home utilizes leading edge, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology able to employ up to a 256 bit encrypted, secure connection. If you think that sounds like mumbo jumbo, check out what the techies who make it work have to say:
"Secure Encryption strength is measured in key length — number of bits in the key. To decipher an SSL communication, one needs to generate the correct decoding key. Mathematically speaking, 2n possible values exist for an n-bit key. Thus, 40-bit encryption involves 240 possible values, 128-bit encryption 2128 combinations, and 256-bit keys involves a staggering 2256 possible combinations, rendering the encrypted data de facto impervious to intrusion. Even with a brute-force attack (the process of systematically trying all possible combinations until the right one is found) cracking a 256-bit encryption is computationally unfeasible."

What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Sometimes things go wrong. When they do, Favorite Finds Home intends to jump into action and rectify the situation. The most important thing for you to do is to be sure to note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed to you as quickly as possible.
Can you ship to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska?
Sure can! Obviously the shipping arrangements will require some extra attention and yes, additional costs. Just give us a call, send us an e-mail or just place your order and we will follow up with the specifics to your location.
What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
Each manufacturer warrants their products to be free of defects and of first quality. The length of coverage varies with the type of product and manufacturer. Consult printed materials that accompany each product for warranty information specific to the product you purchased. Our customer service team will be happy to help you with any warranty related issues.
What is the Cancelation Policy?
Timing is of the essence, especially as it relates to a cancelled order. Rest assured, we will make every effort to accommodate your wishes if you choose to cancel your order. If we can stop the order before it is produced and shipped, no harm done. If on the other hand, the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for delivery and return freight.
What is the Return Policy?
You are under no obligation to keep any product with which you are not completely satisfied. Favorite Finds Home is committed to providing furnishing solutions that represent strong values, beautify spaces, and make our customers happy. There are no re-stocking fees like many online stores, but you will be responsible for our hard costs, which is round trip freight. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products which have been assembled, are no longer packaged as new in original packaging, or have been purchased more than 30 days ago.
How long will it take to receive my item?
In stock items will generally arrive in your home in one to two weeks. After the item is shipped we will e-mail tracking numbers which will enable you to track progress right to your doorstep.
